🛍️ Are items returnable or refundable?

Because every item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery to lindablairworldheartstore@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right with a replacement.


✏️ Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

No. Because each product is printed specifically for you once the order is submitted, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations after checkout.


⏱️ How long will my order take to arrive?

All products are custom made once your order is placed.
Production time typically takes approximately 6–15 business days, depending on the item.
Some all-over-print products, like pajamas or other cut-and-sewn pieces, may take a bit longer.
Once shipped, delivery time depends on your location, and tracking information will be provided by email.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We’re excited to ship worldwide — including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and many other regions.
Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable, so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives.
International delivery times typically range from 7–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on your country.
Please note that international orders may ship from our closest Printful facility to your region to ensure faster and more reliable delivery.


📏 How do I know what size to order?

Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Since each item is made to order, we’re unable to exchange sizes.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size for a comfortable fit.


🎨 Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?

Slight color variations are normal. Screen settings and print methods may cause minor differences, but we do our best to ensure each product looks true to the design.


📦 Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some items are produced and shipped from different fulfillment centers, which may result in separate packages and tracking numbers.
Don’t worry — your remaining items are on the way!


🚚 Why was I charged separate shipping for different products?

Because each item is custom printed and may ship from a different Printful facility, your order may incur separate shipping costs for different product types (for example, T-shirts and mugs).
This ensures every product is made to order, ships as quickly as possible, and arrives safely.
It’s completely normal — and helps us keep production and delivery running smoothly!


✉️ Can I mail something in for Linda to sign?

At this time, we’re not accepting mailed items for autographs.
Linda deeply appreciates your support — every purchase directly helps the rescued dogs at the Linda Blair WorldHeart Foundation (LBWF).
