Every item is custom printed once your order is placed.
Production typically takes 6–15 business days, depending on the item.
Some all-over-print or specialty products (like pajamas or blankets) may take a few days longer.

🚚 Shipping Times

Once fulfilled, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
International orders (including the UK, Canada, Australia, and other regions) typically arrive within 7–20 business days after fulfillment.
Tracking information will be sent by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays or due to carrier delays.

🌍 International Shipping & Duties

We’re excited to now offer worldwide shipping!
Duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable, ensuring there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
Printful’s trusted international fulfillment partners may ship your order from the closest facility to your region for the fastest and most reliable delivery.

📦 Split Shipments

To deliver your order as quickly as possible, items may ship separately.
Different products (like T-shirts, mugs, or blankets) are sometimes produced at different facilities, which may result in multiple packages and tracking numbers.
Don’t worry — your remaining items are on the way!

💵 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the product type and destination.
For example, a T-shirt and a mug may ship separately and have individual shipping rates at checkout.
This ensures accurate costs and safe delivery for each made-to-order item.

📫 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
Because each product begins production immediately after ordering, we’re unable to change or re-route packages once submitted.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lindablairworldheartstore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

🚫 Returns

Because all products are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
For damaged or misprinted items, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
